We are looking to hire an Account Manager with the objective of developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Account Managers liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationship with clients.
- Bachelor degree from any major
- Has 2-years of experience in a client facing role (ERP Industry experience is preferred)
- Familiar with MS Office and Google Docs/Sheet/Slides
- Highly adaptable individual with outgoing personality
- Strong communication and networking skill
- Willingness to learn
- Proficiency in english (Verbal & Written)
- Highly skilled in presenting, negotiating and demonstrate the product
- Have a wide networking for potential market
- Self driven and target oriented
- Basic understanding of Halal & Haram in Muamalah Syariah
- Shalat 5 Times a day

- Be the primary point of contact
- Build long-term & positive relationship with our clients
- Help clients through any kind of communication channel.
- Work with clients to gain full understanding of needs
- Make a reports & communicate monthly/quarterly progress to stakeholders
- Upsell and cross sell into existing account
- Conduct market research, data collection and analysis report
- Closely monitor our customer's usage of our services and products
